2026 PNW Element Meetup Camping Reservation

The 5th Annual PNW Element Meetup is here! Join us July 12th, 2026, at Pacific Raceways for our biggest gathering yet. From 103 cars in Year 1 to over 200 every year after with attendees traveling from across the country, our community continues to grow—come see how many come out this year!

The main event is FREE and features food trucks, local vendors, and a silent auction benefiting animal rescues. Afterward, join us at The Rusty Goat in Tacoma for a free slice of pizza and purchase a drink to support the small local business.

Want to camp? We have group sites at the coast and an alpaca farm on July 10th-12th. No tickets are needed for the meetup, but camping spots are limited—reserve yours now!

One CAR per paid reservation, NOT per person. Read the REFUND policy below under the "Warranty" tab.

July 10: JB's RV Park & Campground (Ocean Shores, WA)

• Location: Beachfront; near downtown shops for supplies if needed.
• Amenities: Basic toilets and showers.
• Setup: Group camping (multiple Elements per site).

July 11–12: Green Apple Alpacas (Auburn, WA)

• Location: 20 minutes from the meetup site.
• Experience: Evening "meet and greet" with alpacas and other animals and farm tour.
• Amenities: Porta-potties; no showers.
• Setup: Parking and camping across five adjacent fields.

Important note from the organizer: Managing hundreds of reservations is a major task. To simplify the process and maximize our charitable impact, Overland Antidote (OA) is again sponsoring this year's meetup and, this year, hosting bookings on their site. This eliminates payment processing fees, ensuring more funds go directly to local animal rescues. The PNW Element Meetup remains a non-profit event, and OA takes no profit from these listings.
