Refund policy

OVERLAND ANTIDOTE RETURN POLICY

Overland Antidote accepts returns of unused, regularly priced, (not sale) products, meaning products in brand-new condition in their original packaging. The item must be returned to us within 30 days of the purchase (not delivery) date. If a credit card was used for payment, a 3% credit card fee will be deducted from the refund to cover our fees incurred in the original transaction, and shipping charges in connection with the original delivery of the product are non-refundable.

It is the customer's responsibility to arrange the return shipment and the costs associated with returning the item(s). Any damage that may occur during return shipping is the customer's responsibility to address with the freight company. We cannot process refunds on damaged items; damaged items will be returned to the customer. When shipping an item valued at over $100, using a trackable shipping/freight service with shipping insurance is highly recommended.

Once the item is received back, it will be inspected and if found to be unused, in its original packaging, and in brand-new condition, a refund will be issued. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reduce the refund accordingly.

Overland Antidote also accepts returns of products within 30 days of purchase if the item has been opened and/or used, however, we will apply a 30% restocking fee. We reserve the right to inspect the item to validate the condition and reduce the refund amount based on the extent of any excessive wear and tear and/or damage, and if upon inspection the item is not in a re-sellable condition, we may choose to not accept it.
